What started as a water leak in the kitchen of our investment property turned into extensive water damage, mold, and a secondary leak in the bathroom. From the initial inspection with Bruce, working with Jake throughout construction, and communicating with Anna in the office a stressful process was made easier and completed in a professional manner.

Bauer Restoration's team is beyond amazing! We had a dishwasher connection break from the main line and flooded our main floor and finished lower level that we had just refinished, all started the 1st day of my vacation June 29th. Heart broken from all our hard work to make our home, home. They were out within 45 minutes of my call and took over. They were out everyday for 2 weeks durning the drying process and making plans for nexts steps of putting it all back together. Even on the 4th of July, they were there. Everything I needed or asked they were right there. They worked closely with our insurance company to make sure all was restored. In contact with us for updates. Quality workmanship. I am so thankful I knew about Bauer and the amazing quality of work they do. They lived up to their reputation times 10!! Thank you to the entire crew!!! So grateful!

Had a pipe break in a building and called Bauers to do the cleanup and dry out of the building. Mic responded in about 30 minutes on Christmas evening which I am so grateful for! Every employee was extremely kind and professional to deal with! 

Bauer Restoration recently installed a radon mitigation system in our home.  From our first contact with Journey to having Mic and Clint onsite for the install - we just can't say enough about the quality of communication, professionalism and of course, the install and follow-up testing itself. We were also extremely appreciative of their care and attention to COVID-safe practices while installing the system. Thanks to the entire Bauer crew, and we love seeing our radon levels so incredibly low!

We hired this company for radon mitigation and would highly recommend their services. They were very responsive to our request for a bid, answered all questions we had, came on time, were very respectful of our home, cleaned up before they left and wore masks (for Covid) the whole time they worked inside our home. The two employees that did the work were very nice, professional and did a great job. Definitely a 5-star company.

When a sump pump failed and our basement was flooded, I contacted Bauer Restoration. Bruce Bauer was able to redirect a Restoration Team to our house within an hour. When the team arrived, they assessed the damage, explained the entire process and began working. All the workers were very knowledgeable about all aspects of the work. All the team members were very professional and respectful of our family and our needs. The repair work was excellent and done according to the estimate. I would certainly recommend Bauer Restoration inc. for any of their services.

They did an amazing job, responding immediately to the call. They started drying things out and removed the damaged carpeting, walls and hardwood floors right away. They had all of the needed equipment right at hand as well as the tools and experienced techs to determine exactly where the water damage was so that it could be remediated wherever necessary. They took care not to damage any of our stuff and to treat our home and ourselves with respect. After removing damaged items, they had the task of cleaning walls, ceilings, carpets, etc. to get rid of the soot and smoke. Within just a couple of days of the fire there was no longer ANY smoke smell in our home. In the days after the fire, as the immediate cleanup activities wound down, Bauer continued to provide great service, always kept us informed of what was going on, and were easy to reach when we wanted to talk with them. Kudos to the owner Bruce Bauer and his great service.

Bauer [Restoration] was recommended by my insurance company. This relationship was helpful as my insurance adjuster was so busy catching up on roof claims he was able to do everything remotely through Bauer [Restoration]. The experience went as great as a flooded basement can go. Bruce and his team were great to work with. Everyone was professional and friendly. They were very good about calling and scheduling visits as it was a multi-day process. The drying and removal of damaged material was handled efficiently. Estimating was fair and fast. I did not use them for the remodel as I decided to do a lot of the work myself. I would have had no concerns with them doing the remodel work as they proved to be very thorough and paid attention to detail during the remediation.

We are VERY pleased with their service and workmanship, and will not hesitate to both use Bauer Restoration again, as well as refer them to all of my friends and neighbors. Fast, professional, caring service, taking the time to explain everything, offering suggestions, without any up-sell. Very highly recommend.
