I consulted with Bauer for a mold issue in my basement. Jason came to my home and I was thoroughly impressed with his knowledge and guidance on the topic of mold, remediation and restoration. One which is often overlooked, despite it’s seriousness. He was transparent, competent, and kind. I will have no hesitation moving forward with this company, if we choose to have our project completed.

We had a water leak in our basement. It wrecked the flooring, the sheet rock, the doors, and frames. Our insurance tried to give us 6k and would not assist in anything further. We were stuck trying to play the game against the insurance company to get our basement back, but we didn't know the rules. Bauer went to bat on our behalf. They played the game, their way, and got our basement fixed up better than it was before. They were fantastic to work with and made the entire process easy for us. Water restoration, fire restoration, flood restoration, there's nobody else I'd call.

After some extreme rains, my elderly mother's basement was flooded out. Upon moving furniture, we discovered mold and fungus. Bauer Restoration was recommended to us by a friend and we are sure glad that we called them. The only thing better than the professional mold removal service they provided was the kindness and patience they provided in explaining what they were doing and why. They kept the cost within their first thoughts of the amount. I highly recommend them! A1 service in all areas!

I had a pipe burst in the lower level of my home. Within 15 minutes of calling Bauer Restoration, Jason, the mitigation manager was at my home to walk me through the mitigation process. His team arrived shortly after and established containment, heaters and dryers that afternoon. On the reconstruction side, manager Jake was amazing to work with too! He explained everything thoroughly, helped me choose my materials and was always available for every question I had - which was a lot! Their whole team was incredibly respectful of my home and went above and beyond to be sure I was happy with my experience. Love my newly renovated space and would highly recommend choosing Bauer Restoration!!

My dishwasher drain hose leaked into my cabinets and floor. I called Bauer Restoration and they came out the same day. They were able to pull up and remove everything damaged very quickly. They removed all damaged materials/trash each day when they left. They were all very polite, professional and communicated with me and my insurance. I highly recommend using them. If the need arose for me again, I would gladly call them.
